Summer calls us to expand — to take up space, speak clearly, and live boldly. But true expansion begins with grounding. This trauma-informed somatic flow explores the balance between rooting and rising through the yogic principle of Sthira & Sukha — steadiness and ease.


Class begins with gentle settling and embodied breathwork to support nervous system regulation and a sense of safety. From there, we build gradually into slow spinal waves, grounded standing postures, and intentional heart-opening shapes that cultivate strength without force. Throughout the practice, students are guided to move with awareness rather than performance — exploring what Sthira (stability) and Sukha (softness/space) feel like in real time: Where do I brace? Where can I soften? Where am I ready to expand with steadiness?


This experience emphasizes choice-based language, accessibility, and integration over choreography. We close with guided reflection and a practical takeaway students can carry into everyday life, including a simple 3-breath grounding tool and the mantra:


“I rise because I am rooted.”

This is an invitation inward.


We begin by softening into the breath—anchoring the body, steadying the mind, and opening the doorway to deeper awareness. From this grounded place, you will be guided into an immersive meditation designed to support inner expansion, insight, and soul-level exploration.


As stillness deepens, we transition into sacred movement through a mindful walking meditation. Here, the senses awaken. Sound becomes alive. Air touches the skin with meaning. Each step becomes intentional. Each moment becomes luminous.


Participants will be gently invited to explore heightened perception—experiencing meditation not only in stillness, but in motion… in awareness… in presence.


We close in circle with space for reflection, integration, and intuitive questions.


This experience is accessible to beginners and nourishing for seasoned seekers alike. Come as you are. Leave more fully yourself.

This gentle, rejuvenating class is designed to support your body’s natural detoxification process by stimulating the lymphatic system through mindful movement and breath. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system relies on movement to flow — and this practice is intentionally crafted to encourage just that.


Expect slow, rhythmic sequences, light pulsing movements, dynamic stretches, and intentional breathwork to promote circulation, reduce stagnation, and support immune health. We’ll incorporate twists, inversions, and targeted mobility work to awaken areas where lymph can often become sluggish.

In this immersive experience, we begin with a ceremonial serving of Egyptian Blue Lotus tea, a flower long revered in ancient ritual for its calming and subtly heart-opening qualities. Traditionally associated with expanded awareness and devotion, blue lotus invites us into softness, receptivity, and gentle inner vision.
As the tea warms the body, we turn inward.
Through meditation, mantra, and intentional movement, we explore the many faces of the Divine Feminine as honored in yogic tradition and described in sacred texts like the Devi Mahatmya.
We move through archetypes including:
Kali – the fierce liberator who cuts through illusion
Lakshmi – the radiant embodiment of abundance and grace
Shakti – pure creative life force energy
• Additional goddess energies that reflect strength, compassion, intuition, and transformation
The practice begins grounded and intentional, then gradually evolves into expressive, intuitive movement. Structured yoga dissolves into exploration. Breath becomes rhythm. Wisdom becomes embodied experience.
