About me
Mary Stella, 200 RYT, comes from an endurance athletics background (triathlon, marathon swimming and running). She balances out her training with Yoga with a strong belief in integrating the Body, Mind and Spirit connection. She believes in balanced practice from the power of vinyasa flow to the passive holds of Yin. From the breathwork to living yoga off the mat as a vegan. She strives for her students to meet their higher selves as a result of work on and off their mats. She considers yoga training for life, in all its phases from challenges to celebrations.
