About me
Melissa Rosenberger, LCSW, RYT-200, is a licensed clinical social worker, somatic yoga therapist, and mindfulness educator based in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. She specializes in trauma-informed movement, nervous system regulation, and embodied resilience.
Blending yoga philosophy with modern somatic psychology, Melissa’s teaching moves beyond choreography into presence and integration. Her classes emphasize safety, choice, and authentic expression — creating spaces where students can root deeply and rise with confidence.
She is a Breathe For Change yoga and Social Emotional Learning facilitator and integrates years of clinical experience into spiritually grounded, accessible offerings. Melissa believes yoga is not just a practice — it is a pathway toward embodied courage, community healing, and conscious living.
Her work bridges therapy, spirituality, and movement to help individuals reconnect with their inner steadiness and strength.
