About me
Erica loves all types of fitness but Pilates is the ying to her yang giving space for challenge, grace, and control in the practice. She believes the Pilates framework is the foundation to feeling better from the inside out. Her favorite part of teaching is connecting with students finding the AHA moments and giving them a positive and encouraging space to move and take care of their bodies no matter their age, or background. Her goal is always to leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Erica has trained with both classical and contemporary schools of practice.
