About me
Based in Scranton, I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and breathwork instructor dedicated to helping students cultivate mental clarity, emotional resilience, and embodied strength. My journey with yoga and meditation began eight years ago during my own path of recovery, where the practices became powerful tools for grounding, healing, and self-discovery. I have been sober for eight years, and that lived experience deeply informs the safe, supportive spaces I create for others.
For the past three years, I have been teaching and leading groups, specializing in vinyasa yoga while also offering styles such as yin. My vinyasa classes are intentionally sequenced to connect breath and movement, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, balance, and focus. In yin, I guide students into slower, more introspective postures that encourage stillness and nervous system regulation.
Whether through dynamic flow or intentional breathwork, my approach centers on clarity of mind and connection to self. I believe yoga is more than physical practice — it is a pathway to presence, healing, and transformation both on and off the mat.
Leading small groups from my home studio, Triple I Yoga, as well as Mission Yoga, Scranton, PA.
