About me
Anita's teaching style is rooted in healing, mindfulness and self-connection. Her journey began as a practice for her to restore and be grounded. Now it has grown into a space to guide others and help them to slow down, breathe, and move with intention. In her classes you will find gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and reflection to support the body and mind. She invites students to cultivate a sense of compassion, presence, and grounded ease on and off the mat.
