Partner + Acro YogaConnection • Play • Trust
Yoga is powerful alone.
It becomes electric in partnership.
This dynamic Partner + Acro Yoga class blends foundational partner poses with introductory acro elements, inviting you to explore strength, balance, and trust in a whole new way.
We begin with grounded partner stretches and assisted postures to build communication and connection. From there, we gradually layer in beginner-friendly acro transitions where one partner serves as the base, one as the flyer, and one as the spotter.
Expect:
• Playful warm-ups to build coordination
• Trust-building partner exercises
• Foundational acro shapes and transitions
• Core engagement and stability work
• Laughter, teamwork, and shared accomplishment
No experience is necessary. Clear instruction and safe progressions will be offered throughout. You may come with a partner or be paired up during class.
Partner yoga teaches us to listen.
Acro yoga teaches us to trust.
Together, they teach us how to support and be supported.
This practice strengthens more than muscles. It builds communication, awareness, and presence. You will leave feeling empowered, energized, and connected.
Come ready to step out of your comfort zone just enough to surprise yourself.
