We’ll begin by acknowledging the presence of stress—how it shows up in your life, how it feels, and where you notice it in your body. From that place of awareness, you'll learn how to shift stress in your body using simple breath techniques, gentle movement, and sound frequency practices like humming and listening to clamming sounds to support your body in letting go of tension and recalibrating the nervous system. Throughout this workshop, you’ll be guided to move up the emotional scale—softening stress and heaviness and inviting more love, compassion, and kindness into your experience.
The session concludes with a crystal bowl meditation to help you experience moments of higher frequency, elevating your vibration and aligning your energy with peace, clarity, and openhearted presence.
