LYT Strength + Mobility Flow is where both meet and refine one another.
This intelligently layered class blends controlled strength training with fluid mobility work to build resilient, adaptable bodies. Expect purposeful sequencing that challenges muscular endurance while simultaneously increasing joint range of motion and functional control.
We move with intention, not speed.
Through dynamic transitions, controlled tempo work, and mindful breath integration, you’ll:
• Build sustainable full-body strength
• Increase joint stability and mobility
• Improve balance and coordination
• Enhance recovery and injury prevention
• Develop body awareness under load
Strength segments may include slow, controlled holds and progressive variations. Mobility sequences will focus on hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles to support long-term structural health.
Breath remains the anchor throughout. Steady inhales create expansion. Lengthened exhales maintain nervous system regulation so power never overrides control.
This is not a frantic workout.
It is disciplined, focused movement.
